■Location: Tamagawa Village, Ishikawa District, Fukushima Prefecture
■Venue START/GOAL: Tamagawa Village Office (9 Kodaka Takabata, Tamagawa Village, Ishikawa District, Fukushima Prefecture)
■Eligibility: Healthy individuals aged junior high school and above capable of completing the course (Solo or groups of 2-4 people)
■Participation Fee (On-site registration only, cash only) ※Participation prize included
A: Participants using the Suigun Line Cycle Train → JPY 2,000/person (First 40 participants)
B: Participants not using the Suigun Line Cycle Train → JPY 2,000/person (First 50 participants)
※Registration times and locations differ for A and B (See Timetable)

■Types of Bicycles and Rules
Sports bicycles (e-bikes permitted; e-bikes receive 10% fewer points)
Rear lights recommended; helmets required
Strict adherence to traffic rules (no riding side-by-side; strict adherence to left-side traffic)
■Insurance Information
Event insurance is in place (excludes vehicles; coverage has limits)
* Nurses will patrol the course
* We also recommend obtaining your own separate insurance
■Parking Information
A: For those using the Suigun Line Cycle Train → Paid parking lots around Koriyama Station
B: For those not using the Suigun Line Cycle Train → Parking lot opposite Tamagawa Village Office (available from 9:50 AM)

10:50 Welcome Ceremony at Izumigo Station
～ Move to Tamakawa Village Office (approx. 3 min by bicycle)

10:00–10:40 Registration at Tamakawa Village Office

■What is Cycle Rogaining?
A tourism-based game where participants cycle to checkpoints within the village to compete for points.
■What is the Cycle Train?
A service allowing bicycles to be loaded onto trains as-is. This time, boarding is possible from Koriyama Station.
Available sections: Kamisugaya～Iwaki Moriyama, Kamisugaya～Hitachiota
